Booking Policy

1. Photo ID is prerequisite and may be requested upon check-in.

2. A valid credit card is required to complete a booking. On check-in, your credit card will be requested to secure your hotel room. We welcome visa debit cards as payment on any incidentals and food and beverage, however in order to charge incidentals and food or beverage to your room a credit card with credit facilities is required on check-in. Without a credit card, the hotel reserves the right not to cancel your reservation.

3. In the event that insufficient funds are available through your credit card to complete a proposed reservation, then such reservation shall be null and void. The same provision applies in the event that your credit card has passed its expiry date, or passes its expiry date prior to the date of arrival chosen in the Reservation Process.

4. For any booking over 5 rooms or more, we reserve the right to charge a deposit of 30% at the time of booking. Cancellation of bookings over 5 rooms or more is 28 days prior to arrival.

5. By completing this Reservation Process, you the Customer authorise the Accommodation Provider to re-authorise your submitted credit card for the sum of booking value and/or authorise the Accommodation Provider to debit your submitted credit card for the sum of any cancellation costs owed, as set out above.

Children meals are charged subject to menu chosen. Children rates apply to children between the age of 5 - 12 years.

Advanced Purchase

Reservations are final and require full prepayment for the entire stay. Once a reservation is confirmed, your credit card will be charged for the total amount shown, regardless of whether or not the reservation is used. No changes or cancellations allowed. Advance Purchase rates can't be combined with room rates negotiated for groups of 10 or more, travel industry rates or employee rates.

Cancellation Policy

1. Should you need to cancel your reservation for any reason, please do so by contacting the hotel 48 hours in advance to avoid incurring charges.  

2. Reservations cancelled within 48 hours will incur charges equivalent to one night’s stay. When cancelling by phone, please note the cancellation number.

3. If your booking was made through an Online Travel Agent the cancellation terms and conditions are outlined by the travel agent.  

Parking 

Due to our wonderful town-centre location we have limited car parking available on-site. This parking is on a first come first served basis. However, please note we are adjacent to the town-centre car park which provides ample parking and is just a moment's stroll from our Reception.
