at the O’Donoghue Ring Collection
At the O’Donoghue Ring Collection, our people are at the heart of everything we do. As a family-owned collection of hotels, restaurants, and bars rooted in County Kerry, we believe that exceptional hospitality begins with a passionate and supported team.
From the warm welcome at reception to the care taken in our kitchens, restaurants, and guest experiences, every member of our team plays an important role in delivering the genuine Kerry hospitality that defines our brand. When you join the O’Donoghue Ring Collection, you become part of a close-knit team where collaboration, respect, and pride in our work shape everything we do.
Our culture is grounded in respect, integrity, and a shared passion for hospitality. Across our hotels, restaurants, bars, and support teams, we work together to create a positive and rewarding workplace where every individual is valued.
We are committed to supporting our team members at every stage of their careers, offering opportunities for learning, development, and progression throughout the collection. Whether you are beginning your journey in hospitality or bringing years of experience to your role, we aim to create an environment where your skills, ideas, and personality can thrive.
At the O’Donoghue Ring Collection, we believe that hospitality is about welcoming everyone. This belief extends to our workplace, where we are committed to fostering a culture of equality, diversity, and inclusion.
We recognise and celebrate the individuality of every team member and believe that diverse perspectives strengthen our organisation. By embracing diversity and encouraging every voice to be heard, we create a workplace that reflects the vibrant communities we serve and allows us to deliver the best possible experience for our guests.
The O’Donoghue Ring Collection provides ongoing training and development opportunities designed to build confidence, enhance skills, and support career progression across our properties. Our training programmes focus on service excellence, leadership development, and professional growth, ensuring our team members are equipped with the tools they need to succeed.
Many of our team members have grown their careers within the collection, moving between departments and properties as they continue to develop their skills and ambitions.
Opportunities exist across many departments throughout the O’Donoghue Ring Collection including culinary, guest services, spa and wellness, fitness, food and beverage, housekeeping, events, administration, and hospitality leadership roles.
Whether your passion lies in delivering exceptional guest experiences, creating memorable dining moments, or supporting operations behind the scenes, there are many pathways to build a rewarding career within the collection.
Working with the O’Donoghue Ring Collection also means living and working in one of Ireland’s most beautiful destinations. Our properties are located in the vibrant town centres of Killarney and Castleisland, surrounded by the natural beauty of Killarney National Park and the famous Ring of Kerry.
For many of our team members, the opportunity to build a career while enjoying the lifestyle and community of Kerry makes working within the collection particularly special.
Team members across the collection enjoy a range of benefits including staff rates across our hotels, dining discounts within our restaurants and bars, and opportunities to grow and progress within the wider group.
As a growing family-owned hospitality group, we are proud to support our team members with opportunities that encourage both personal and professional development.
Our commitment to inclusion extends beyond our team to every guest who walks through our doors. We take a proactive approach to accessibility across our properties, ensuring our facilities, services, and experiences are welcoming to all.
Through regular accessibility reviews and ongoing disability awareness training for our team, we aim to create environments where every guest and employee feels comfortable, supported, and respected.
A career with the O’Donoghue Ring Collection offers the opportunity to grow within a respected Irish hospitality group while working alongside people who take pride in delivering warm, genuine service every day.
